ITS and Facilities Service Portal Outage Resolved
At 2:00 p.m., ITS was made aware of an outage from our service portal vendor, TeamDynamix. At 2:10, the outage was resolved. If you continue to experience any problems accessing the service portals, please contact the support center at 515-271-3001.
