ITS will be moving part of its planned monthly maintenance to Thursday, June 22nd. The maintenance window will begin at 9:00 PM and last until midnight. During this timeframe, there may be brief outages to campus services such as printing and the campus calendaring system. We appreciate your patience as ITS completes these system updates.

Thank you for your patience. ITS has now resolved the issue of users with multiple printing accounts not being able to choose which account to print to. If you continue to have problems selecting a printing account, please contact the Support Center at 515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its to report your issue.  

At 10:30 a.m., ITS was made aware of an issue with printing. This is only affecting individuals who can choose from multiple FOAPALs when they print.
