Citrix Outage Resolved

Thank you for your patience. ITS has now resolved the Citrix outage that was affecting Banner access. If you continue to experience issues, please contact the Support Center at 515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its to report your issue.

MyDUSIS, Banner INB Forms, and Workflow Outage Resolved

At 11:15 a.m., ITS learned of an outage affecting MyDUSIS, Banner INB Forms, Job Submission, and Workflow (including E-Academy software access, Hiretouch, and eTranscripts). At 11:45, ITS staff resolved the issue. If you continue to experience any problems, please contact the Support Center at 515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its to report your issue.

MyDUSIS, blueView, Banner Planned Outage on Saturday, Nov 25 from 4 – 6 p.m.

Starting Saturday, November 25, at 4 p.m. and lasting until 6 p.m., all Banner (DUSIS) services will be unavailable. Access to blueView, MyDUSIS, DUSIS (INB) Forms, Workflow, eTranscripts, Job Submission, and ODBC (Microsoft Access) will be unavailable.
