Support Center phones outage resolved
At 8:30 a.m, ITS learned of an outage affecting our support center phones. At 8:40 a.m., ITS staff resolved the issue. If you are encountering tech issues, you can once again call the support center at 515-271-3001 or submit a report via our service portal at service.drake.edu/its.

ITS has learned of Xythos/BlueSpace performance issues this morning. ITS staff have restarted the system and hope this will resolve the slowness as it did yesterday. ITS is continuing to investigate the root cause of the issues and apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.

Adobe software has changed their licensing structure and sent an auto-generated email to all Drake faculty, staff, and students.
