Microsoft announced that their Teams outage has been resolved. You may need to quit Teams and restart your application. If you continue to have issues accessing Microsoft Teams, please contact the support center for assistance at 515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its.
Microsoft identified the Teams outage was a result of an expired certificate. They have deployed a new certificate and are restarting related systems which should eventually restore Teams access. Access to Microsoft Teams is still unavailable, but Microsoft is reporting that they have identified the cause of the outage and are actively working to fix it. We will continue to provide additional information as it emerges.
At 8:25 this morning, ITS became aware of a global issue with Microsoft Teams. Users are reporting that they are unable to access Teams consistently. Microsoft is aware of the outage and investigating the cause. We will keep you updated as we learn any additional information from Microsoft.
Due to a larger Microsoft outage, some students, faculty, and staff are unable to access myDrake. ITS staff is monitoring the outage, and we are putting up a temporary website with links to key campus sites and tools. We will provide additional updates as we have them. Thank you for your patience.
