ITS has been made aware of issues accessing shared email accounts from select Windows Outlook desktop clients. This is affecting some people’s ability to access shared email accounts like those used in departments. ITS is diligently working towards a resolution.
In the meantime, if you know your shared account login and password, you can access it by going to outlook.com/drake.edu.
