At 8:30 a.m., ITS was made aware of an outage involving the Color FollowMe queue for all Konica-Minolta printers on campus. Currently color printing is unavailable on any Konica-Minolta printer. Black and white printing is unaffected, as is color printing on Lexmark printers. ITS is diligently working with our vendor towards a resolution. We will provide updates and will let you know when this outage has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.
