Update on Microsoft Teams Outage

Microsoft identified the Teams outage was a result of an expired certificate. They have deployed a new certificate and are restarting related systems which should eventually restore Teams access. Microsoft Teams Global Outage

At 8:25 this morning, ITS became aware of a global issue with Microsoft Teams. Users are reporting that they are unable to access Teams consistently. Microsoft is aware of the outage and investigating the cause. We will keep you updated as we learn any additional information from Microsoft.
