This morning, ITS was made aware of an issue that shows some student’s available print balance as zero. Printing funds have not been removed, but are not displaying. This is impacting student’s ability to print on campus. Faculty and staff printing is not impacted. ITS is diligently working towards a resolution. We will provide updates and will let you know when this outage has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.
