Multi-System Campus Outage Resolved

At 8:00 a.m., ITS became aware of a multi-system campus outage. As a result, Password Manager (password.drake.edu), Papercut (print.drake.edu), and EMS were briefly unavailable. Printing Outage

At 12:30 p.m., ITS became aware of a printing outage. As a result, individuals may not be able to submit print jobs using queues on their computer. ITS is investigating the matter. We will provide updates and will let you know when this outage has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

Multi-Factor Authentication Now Required for Drake Systems

Beginning this morning, multi-factor authentication (MFA) is now required when logging in to web-based versions of Microsoft Office 365 (includes myDrake, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.), Blackboard, Self Service, Touchnet, eAccounts, StarFish, Banner Admin pages, and Slate.
