A soy-based diet in pregnant and nursing rats has been shown to cause changes in the reproductive anatomy and spatial learning skills of their male offspring, according to Drake research presented last month at the national conference of the Society for Neuroscience.

Award-winning writer and renowned leadership consultant Barry Posner visited with students, faculty and staff at Drake University Nov. 29-30, discussing leadership programs and curriculum on campus and bringing new ideas to improve them.

Seniors Leonard Houston and Klayton Korver combined for 45 points as Drake held off Duquesne, 77-73, to capture the championship of the Iowa Realty Invitational Saturday night.
