ITS is making updates to Banner/DUSIS. As a result, access to myDUSIS, Banner, eTranscripts, Banner INB, Job Submission, Workflow, and some blueView functions will be unavailable between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. this Saturday, May 5. ITS has learned from Microsoft that they have resolved the issue that was causing some emails to be incorrectly marked as phishing with either text or a pink-colored warning bar. Thank you for your patience.  

The ITS Support Center in the lower level of Carnegie Hall will be closed on Sunday, April 29 due to Relays. If you encounter technology issues on that day, please call 515-271-3001 for remote assistance.
