Scholars Visit Drake to Study Innovative Language Learning
Thirty-two educators from colleges and universities across the country will gather at Drake University next week to explore innovative approaches to teaching and learning foreign languages, such as the Drake University Language Acquisition Program (DULAP).
Sen. Biden to Speak at ‘Cookies and Conversation’ Event Friday
Delaware Sen. Joe Biden, who is seeking the Democratic presidential nomination, will be the featured guest at the "Cookies and Conversation" event on Friday, July 13, sponsored by Drake University and IowaPolitics.com. Twenty-three Drake University students are recovering from jet lag and a whirlwind three-week trip to eastern Asia after returning from the Travel Study Seminar in China.
