Office 365 Authentication Issue

At 4:45 p.m., ITS was made aware of a possible issue affecting authentication to Office 365. Affected systems include myDrake and Outlook Web Access. ITS is diligently working towards a resolution. We will provide updates and will let you know when this outage has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

Update on the ITS Support Center

Due to water damage from last weekend’s storms, the ITS Support Center in Carnegie Hall remains closed for walk-ins. Access will continue to be unavailable for several weeks to allow for repairs. ITS phone support is now available. You may, however, encounter slightly longer wait times as we have fewer phone lines currently available. Multi System Outage Resolved

At 12:30 p.m., ITS learned of an issue affecting systems including Papercut, EMS, Password Manager, and blueSpace. At 12:45, ITS staff resolved the issue. myDrake is Here

Our new internal campus portal, myDrake, is now live. Visit my.drake.edu, to access your new gateway to campus information, resources and functions. You’ll see links to the tools you need whether you’re student, faculty, staff, parent, or have several different roles.   Once you sign into myDrake, your login credentials will automatically be shared with additional applications, like MyDUSIS.
