At 12:20 p.m. ITS became aware of potential campus service interruptions for some users, including but not limited to issues relating to printing, using Citrix Remote Desktop/VDI, and making calls via Teams. At 1:39 p.m. ITS became aware of a network connection issue impacting Mac computers. Individuals are not able to log into shared computers in classrooms and computer labs. At 8:00 a.m., ITS became aware that the employee dashboard is down. As a result, users may not be able to access the employee dashboard for time sheets, leave reports, or other tools. ITS is diligently working towards a resolution. We will provide updates and will let you know when this outage has been resolved....
