Mediacom service interruption resolved
As of 8:00 a.m., Mediacom resolved their connection issue regarding the Citrix Remote Desktop. Users on Mediacom networks should now able to access Citrix as normal. Thank you for your patience. DUGuest Network Service Interruption
At 8 a.m., ITS became aware of an outage on the DUGuest wireless network. As a result, guests are not able to access the wireless network or Internet. Eduroam wireless network users are unaffected. ITS is diligently working towards a resolution. We will provide updates and let you know when this outage has been resolved....
