This morning, Friday, April 19 at approximately 7:15 am, ITS was made aware that some users are unable to access their email. This is only impacting some users, many are able to access email successfully via myDrake. ITS is working to address the issue and will provide additional information when available.

Microsoft O365 Outage Resolved
At approximately 3:00 pm this afternoon ITS was made aware that users were unable to access myDrake and other Office 365 applications. This was due to a nation-wide Microsoft domain issue that has been resolved. All systems are now operating normally.
StarRez Login Issue Resolved
This morning ITS learned of an issue affecting StarRez, that prevented students from accessing their housing and meal plan information. This issue has been resolved and access is restored. During a vendor upgrade last night, login to the StarRez system was broken. Access to housing and meal plan information is currently unavailable.
