As a result, access to Citrix Receiver, PaperCut, EMS, Password Manager, blueSpace, and Blackboard Attendance will be unavailable between 9 and 10 a.m. on Sunday morning, July 8. Update on the ITS Support Center

Due to water damage from last weekend’s storms, the ITS Support Center in Carnegie Hall remains closed for walk-ins. Access will continue to be unavailable for several weeks to allow for repairs. ITS staff are working to temporarily relocate walk-in support, but we don’t have details or a timeline yet. Phone support is available by calling 515-271-3001 or you can use the IT Service Portal at service.drake.edu/its to report any issues you may be having. We apologize for the ongoing inconvenience and will update you when the Support Center is able to reopen in a temporary location.
