Planned Maintenance: Self Service/Banner Admin Pages

ITS staff will be applying upgrades and patches to the Banner system beginning Saturday, May 4 at 7 p.m. and lasting until Sunday, May 5 at 3 a.m. During this time, Self Service, Admin Pages, ProcessMaker, Workflow, eTranscripts, TouchNet, and other connected systems will be unavailable. These updates are necessary to keep our University data secure and to install the latest features from our vendor. EMS Planned Maintenance This Evening

Accruent will be conducting regularly scheduled system maintenance on the Event Management System (EMS) this evening, Thursday, April 25th between 8 p.m. – 1 a.m. CT. While the EMS maintenance window is designated for the entire timeframe, ITS staff anticipates that any outages will only last 10-15 minutes. If you experience service interruptions outside this maintenance window, submit a Banner Third-Party Issue ticket, call the ITS Support Center at 515-271-3001, or visit the lower level of Carnegie Hall.

Drake’s accelerated bachelor of science in nursing program receives Iowa Board of Nursing approval

Drake University’s commitment to excellence in health care education took a significant leap forward as the Iowa Board of Nursing approved the University’s nursing program proposal and curriculum for the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program.  In addition, the Higher Learning Commission has granted approval of the program, and the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) has determined that the program is eligible to pursue ACEN Candidacy status.
