The summer series of Friday evening public presentations at the Drake Municipal Observatory continues with an exploration of "Radio Telescopes and Their Tricks and Accessories" at 9 p.m. Friday, June 22, at the observatory in Waveland Park on the west side of Des Moines.

Market patrons may pick up their free directory of farms and businesses selling local foods, sign a pledge to support local farmers and food businesses, and purchase T-shirts and hats sporting the BFBL logo.
