Faculty WordPress Network Outage Resolved

Thank you for your patience. ITS has now resolved the Faculty WordPress network outage. WordPress users should once again be able to log into the back end of their websites to make changes. If you continue to experience issues, please contact the Support Center at 515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its to report your issue.

Update on the ITS Support Center

Due to water damage from last weekend’s storms, the ITS Support Center in Carnegie Hall remains closed for walk-ins. Access will continue to be unavailable for several weeks to allow for repairs.
