ITS is continuing to work with our vendor partners on resolving the Skype for Business voicemail outage. Until this outage is resolved, faculty and staff members with Skype for Business phones will be unable to receive messages or access the voicemail system. As of now, we unfortunately don’t have an estimate for resolution for this issue.

We will keep you posted of any progress and will let you know when this outage has been resolved. Thank you for your ongoing patience.
