Wireless Network Issues

ITS staff are aware of and investigating reports of wireless connectivity issues, which may cause the inability to connect to the eduroam and DUguest networks. Individuals who are currently connected should not disconnect, or they may not be able to get back online. Wired connections are not impacted at this time. We’ll provide updates as we work to resolve this issue. If you’re being impacted by this issue, contact the ITS Support Center by entering a Network Issue ticket or by calling 515-271-3001.
