At 12:35 p.m., ITS was made aware of an outage affecting the OnCampus website as well as other Faculty websites on the wp.drake.edu network. Anyone who tries to visit these sites both from on-campus or off-campus will see an error message and be unable to access any content. ITS is diligently working towards a resolution....
StarRez, our housing portal, will be unavailable between 7 and 9 p.m. on Sunday June 2 due to routine maintenance. If you need to make housing deposits, you can use the eAccounts site. All other housing tasks will be unavailable until maintenance is complete. Thank you for your patience.
This morning, Friday, April 19 at approximately 7:15 am, ITS was made aware that some users are unable to access their email. This is only impacting some users, many are able to access email successfully via myDrake. ITS is working to address the issue and will provide additional information when available.
