Lynda.com Outage
At 8:30 this morning, ITS was made aware of a service interruption in the Lynda.com service. They are working on resolving the issue, and the service will hopefully return soon. Thanks for your patience.
Cloud Service Authentication Outage Resolved
ITS has resolved the issue with authentication to cloud services. Thank you for your patience while we worked on a resolution. Please contact the Support Center at 515-271-3001 if you continue to experience problems.
Update on Cloud Services Authentication Outage
Access to cloud services such as email, TeamDynamix, Slate and CampusLabs has been restored for users on campus. We are continuing to work with Microsoft to resolve the issue for off campus users as well. Thank you for your patience.
