VDI Outage Resolved

Thank you for your patience. ITS has now resolved the VDI outage. If you continue to experience issues, please contact the Support Center at 515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its to report your issue. ITS is continuing to work on resolving the VDI outage. At this time both applications and desktops through the Citrix Receiver client and vdi.drake.edu web storefront should be available on-campus.
