Banner/MyDUSIS Outage Today, Sunday February 3
Earlier today there was a Banner/MyDUSIS database outage between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. In order to resolve this outage, ITS staff had to restore the system to an earlier backup. Microsoft O365 Outage Resolved
At approximately 3:00 pm this afternoon ITS was made aware that users were unable to access myDrake and other Office 365 applications. This was due to a nation-wide Microsoft domain issue that has been resolved. All systems are now operating normally.
StarRez Login Issue Resolved
This morning ITS learned of an issue affecting StarRez, that prevented students from accessing their housing and meal plan information. This issue has been resolved and access is restored.
