MyDUSIS, Touchnet, and Banner down for end of fiscal year maintenance until 5 p.m.
Due to required maintenance for the end of the fiscal year, MyDUSIS, Touchnet, and Banner will be unavailable between 3 and 5 p.m. today. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have issues accessing these systems after 5 p.m., please contact the Support Center at 515-271-3001 or submit a request at service.drake.edu/its.

At 7:30 a.m., ITS was made aware of an issue with TerminalFour, the content management system used for the Drake website. ITS has now learned that our connectivity issues are causing intermittent outages in other systems. ITS is currently experiencing connectivity issues with our secondary data center. This has resulted in an outage of our printing server, PaperCut. Increase in Phishing Emails Reported
Please be aware that ITS has seen an increased number of phishing emails sent to Drake students, faculty, and staff today. Banner Access Issues Resolved
Earlier this morning, ITS learned of an issue with Banner access affecting approximately 50% of users. At around 11:55 a.m., ITS staff restored full access. If you continue to experience any problems accessing Banner, please contact the Support Center at 515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its to report your issue.
