Some students are reporting that they are unable to access individually created Panopto content within their Blackboard courses. ITS staff has opened a support request with Panopto and are working towards resolving this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience in the meantime.

Late yesterday afternoon, ITS became aware of Citrix Workspace performance issues on Mediacom’s network. The upgrade to single sign on (SSO) for eAccounts/Bulldog Bucks that was scheduled for today has been postponed. We will update you when it is rescheduled.
ITS is making updates to eAccounts in order to facilitate single sign on (SSO). The eAccounts system allows you to add Bulldog Bucks to your Drake ID card.
