DUGuest Network Service Interruption Resolved
As of 11:00 a.m., the DUGuest wireless network outage has been resolved. Thank you for your patience as ITS worked to resolve this issue. If you continue to experience connection problems, call 515-271-3001, submit a ticket online at service.drake.edu/its, or visit the lower level of Carnegie Hall.
DUGuest Network Service Interruption
At 8 a.m., ITS became aware of an outage on the DUGuest wireless network. As a result, guests are not able to access the wireless network or Internet. Eduroam wireless network users are unaffected.
