Cowles Library launches digital oral history project
Just in time for the influx of alumni and visitors on campus for the Drake Relays, Cowles Library launched a new digital collection, called "What a Time We Had…Women Remember Drake," as part of the Drake Digital Heritage Collection.
Iowa speedway specialist carries lecture series across the finish line
Craig Armstrong, vice president and general manager of Iowa Speedway, will conclude Drake’s spring 2007 "Let’s DU Lunch" lecture series with a talk beginning at noon Wednesday, April 4, at the Polk County Convention Complex, 501 Grand Ave.
Have a blast at a Bulldog Bash
The Drake Alumni Office is seeking alumni worldwide to help organize the annual Bulldog Bashes in their cities. These parties, typically held at pubs and restaurants, are fun, informal ways for Bulldogs to gather and get to know fellow alumni in their area.

Director of Athletics Sandy Hatfield Clubb announced recently the naming of Keno Davis as the school’s 24th head men’s basketball coach. Keno succeeds his father, Tom Davis, who has retired as head coach but will remain at Drake as a special assistant to the athletic director.

As a junior in high school at Jakarta International School in Jakarta, Indonesia, Piotr Jakubowski devised a calculated list of the top four ad agencies he dreamed of working for someday. Now a junior creative advertising and marketing double major at Drake, he’s well on his way to crossing the second of those agencies off his to-do list.
Drake Night at StageWest for ‘I Am My Own Wife’
StageWest is holding a Drake University night on Friday, April 6, for the play "I Am My Own Wife" starring Broadway actor Philip Lehl, FA'86. There will be a special discount for members of the Drake community plus a talkback session with Lehl following the show.
