Slow response times for Drake systems
ITS is aware that for some users myDrake, MyDUSIS ,and connected systems are running especially slow today and may appear down at times (including on the ITS dashboard on our website). ITS staff is investigating the cause of these issues. We apologize for any inconvenience.

DUGuest Wireless Network Outage
At 10:30 a.m., ITS was made aware of an issue with the DUGuest wireless network. At this point, the DUGuest network cannot be accessed. ITS is diligently working towards a resolution. We will provide updates and will let you know when this outage has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.
Blackboard Outage Resolved
At 6:30 p.m. ITS learned of a Blackboard issue that resulted in records appearing to be missing. At 7:05 p.m., ITS staff resolved the issue. If you continue to experience any problems, please contact the Support Center at 515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its to report your issue.
