At 8:20 a.m., ITS was made aware of a telephone outage. This is affecting some Skype for Business telephones including those in the ITS Support Center. ITS is diligently working towards a resolution. If you need to report a technology issue, please use the IT Service Portal at service.drake.edu/its. If you have a classroom emergency, please call extension 4106.
