As we previously noted, ITS is upgrading the campus phone system and moving faculty and staff to using Microsoft Teams for calling in early 2021. The Microsoft Teams client will replace traditional handsets and allow faculty and staff to make and receive telephone calls using their office extension from anywhere they are connected to the Internet. ...
At 2:00 p.m., ITS was made aware of an outage from our service portal vendor, TeamDynamix. At 2:10, the outage was resolved. If you continue to experience any problems accessing the service portals, please contact the support center at 515-271-3001.

ITS is making updates to Banner. As a result, access to Banner 9, Banner/DUSIS INB, MyDUSIS, Workflow, ODBC, eTranscripts, Online Balloting, and DSAP will be completely unavailable between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24.
