ITS staff will be performing maintenance on WebXtender and Transact systems this Wednesday, November 26, starting at 11:00 a.m. and lasting approximately 2 hours. During this time:
- Transact may be unavailable between 11:00 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.
- WebXtender may not be available between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
This work will migrate these systems to a different set of servers in preparation for rebuilding the current hosting environment.
If you experience issues after the maintenance is complete, contact the ITS Support Center for help by visiting service.drake.edu/its, calling 515-271-3001, or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall with your device.
