Finance staff will be performing year-end financial reporting activities on Banner and related systems on Tuesday, June 30 starting at 4 p.m. and lasting through 12 midnight on Wednesday, July 1. During this time, access to Banner Admin Pages, Finance Self-Service, Registration Self-Service, and TouchNet will be unavailable.

This work is necessary to support fiscal year-end reporting, including required “freeze” activities to finalize the University’s financial records.

If you experience issues after the new fiscal year begins on July 1, contact the ITS Support Center for help by visiting service.drake.edu/its, calling 515-271-3001, or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall with your device.
