ITS staff are aware of and investigating eduroam wireless network issues in multiple buildings; reports state that the network is visible but connections are failing. We’ll provide updates as we work to resolve this issue. 

If you’re being affected by this issue, contact the ITS Support Center by submitting a Network Issue ticket, calling 515-271-3001, or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall with your device.
