A recent BIOS update released by HP may affect some Drake-managed Windows computers.
What you may see:
- After restarting, the computer may display a blue screen with no text, or
- A screen requesting a BitLocker recovery key
While this may look concerning, your device is not damaged and no data is lost. This issue can be resolved with assistance from ITS.
What to do: If you experience this issue, please contact ITS to schedule support. An ITS technician will work with you to restore normal access.
