Mediacom has reported the issues affecting access to Blackboard, email, and other Drake services are resolved. ITS has performed testing to verify access to these services are now available from the Mediacom network. If you continue to be unable to access Drake services from a Mediacom connection, please contact the support center at 515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its to report your issue.
