At 4:45 p.m., ITS became aware of a Blackboard Learn Ultra authentication outage. This is affecting students’ ability to login to the Blackboard mobile app. ITS is diligently working towards a resolution. Until this is resolved, users on a mobile device will need to switch to a browser, or switch to a laptop or desktop computer to login. We will provide updates and will let you know when this outage has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.
