Earlier this morning, ITS reported outages and service slowdowns of our Skype for Business system and the ITS and Facilities service portals. We have now learned that these issues are related. We are seeing connected reports of issues affecting systems including Exchange (email and calendaring), Skype for Business (phone), Teams, and OneDrive. These issues are connected as well to our service portal connection issues.
