We have been made aware that some people on campus are running into an issue when logging into MyDUSIS functions. If you get an error message that states, “CAS Service Provider is not authorized”, please clear your browser cache and cookies. If this does not resolve your issue, please try a private Firefox or incognito Chrome window. We have opened a ticket with our vendor, but have found that these workarounds resolve the issue for most people.
