Classroom Tech Connection Issues
ITS staff are aware of and investigating classroom issues in multiple buildings across campus where the touch panels are not communicating with other equipment. If you’re experiencing this issue, contact the Support Center at 515-271-3001 to submit an Academic Space Issue ticket. We’ll post more information as we continue to work on resolving this issue.
ProcessMaker Planned Upgrade Thursday 6:00 p.m. – Friday 2:00 a.m.
ProcessMaker, Drake’s Business Process Automation tool, will be upgraded to the most recent version on Thursday, February 29, starting at 6:00 p.m. The upgrade is expected to last approximately 8 hours, until Friday, March 1 at 2:00am. Nationwide Cellular Service Interruption
Several cellular service providers experienced outages overnight interrupting service for a large number of customers nationwide. This situation may cause challenges for people trying to login and get MFA prompts through the Microsoft Authenticator app while on a mobile connection, but we have instructions in our KB on how to use MFA without cellular service....

We have received no further reports of connection issues, and ITS staff continue to monitor network performance.
