Nationwide Cellular Service Interruption
Several cellular service providers experienced outages overnight interrupting service for a large number of customers nationwide. This situation may cause challenges for people trying to login and get MFA prompts through the Microsoft Authenticator app while on a mobile connection, but we have instructions in our KB on how to use MFA without cellular service....
