Update on Drake Website Outage from off-campus
ITS is continuing to work on resolving the issue with certain devices accessing the Drake website at www.drake.edu. A workaround is to use drake.edu as the URL instead of www.drake.edu. We are working internally and with vendors to determine why www.drake.edu is not being directed to the website as expected from certain Internet service providers...
Drake Website Outage from off-campus
At approximately 6:00 p.m., ITS was made aware of an issue with certain devices having problems accessing the Drake website at www.drake.edu. This is only affecting access from off-campus and appears to be intermittent. ITS is diligently working towards a resolution.
