Emails Incorrectly Marked as Phishing Resolved
ITS has learned from Microsoft that they have resolved the issue that was causing some emails to be incorrectly marked as phishing with either text or a pink-colored warning bar. Thank you for your patience.
ITS Support Center closed Sunday April 29
The ITS Support Center in the lower level of Carnegie Hall will be closed on Sunday, April 29 due to Relays. If you encounter technology issues on that day, please call 515-271-3001 for remote assistance.
