Xythos/BlueSpace Performance Issues
ITS has learned of Xythos/BlueSpace performance issues this morning. ITS staff have restarted the system and hope this will resolve the slowness as it did yesterday. ITS is continuing to investigate the root cause of the issues and apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.
Xythos/BlueSpace Performance Issues Resolved
At 8:45 a.m. ITS learned of an issue affecting Xythos/BlueSpace performance and causing it to respond incredibly slowly. At 9:20 a.m. ITS staff resolved the issue. Internet Service Provider Outage Resolved
At 9:40 a.m., ITS learned of an outage of our Internet Service Provider (ISP) that affected access to Drake online resources and campus Internet. Adobe Emails sent to campus
Adobe software has changed their licensing structure and sent an auto-generated email to all Drake faculty, staff, and students.
