ITS staff are aware of and investigating a Blackboard issue that appears to be unenrolling some faculty and students from their courses. As a result, affected users may not see their courses in Blackboard, and faculty and students may be unable to enter grades or submit assignments. We’ll provide updates as we work to resolve this issue. 

If you encounter this issue, please submit a Blackboard Ultra Issue ticket to ITS. Those reports help us track the scope of the problem and work more effectively toward a resolution. You may also submit by calling the ITS Support Center at 515-271-3001 or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall with your device.
