Drake’s All In campaign fueled record engagement with alumni and donors, and not just donations.
The University’s fourth annual 24-hour giving campaign, All In, had yet another record-breaking year, shattering the goals set for the campaign of 500 donors and $100,000 raised. In 2016, a record of 453 went All In for The Drake Fund. This year, 856 went All In and raised $157,135.66.
For the first time, the Student Alumni Association led a student-giving component to the campaign, which resulted in 136 student donors. Student donations were directed to the Catalyst Fund, a scholarship fund for underrepresented students with financial need. The Caldbeck Challenge then matched those student funds.
In addition to giving challenges, the campaign, running April 4-5, also encouraged social media engagement on the Drake All In Facebook page. Collectively, these videos have reached more than 200,000 people so far. If you missed the fun, you can still watch by clicking the links below.
