ITS staff are aware of and investigating an issue with access to SPSS; people who haven’t yet installed and activated SPSS on their computer may experience receiving an error message about the licensing code being incorrect. We’ll provide updates as we work with IBM to resolve this issue.
One workaround is to use SPSS through the “Zimpleman desktop” in AVD. To request access to this desktop, submit a Virtual Apps/Desktop Request through the ITS service portal.
